A county in the United States is putting in multiple Phone systems throughout its different amenities and sectors so as to merge the users into one communications method.
Maricopa County, in Arizona has decided to upgrade its out-dated 15 year-old analogue system and upgrade it for state-of-the-art new Telephone systems inside the attempt to improve employee efficiency.
The Maricopa County Board of Supervisors agreed to pay $20.1 million to modernise its old-fashioned system and launch it into the 21st century. The brand new system features terms for instance desktop interactive video and teleworking that permits employees to operate remotely.
The county spokeswoman, Cari Gerchick, explained: “Our existing phone system… is nearing the end of its useful life.”
The revolutionary system will be moved forward out the district over approximately four years but the backbone of the system will probably be accomplished once construction over the new downtown court tower is complete in November 2011. The new court tower could be the first county facility to become listed on the new system and officials forecast that this new phone system can last a minimum of 10 years.
